Vanilla Lisp Shell 1.2 Released

COLUMBUS, OHIO (February 18, 2004) -- William Paul Vrotney today releases version 1.2 of his Vanilla Lisp Shell for GNU Emacs. VLS is a GNU Emacs program for Lisp programmers to interface with different implementations of Lisp in a uniform manner.

VLS works with implementations of Common Lisp such as Allegro Common Lisp, CMU Common Lisp, as well as other Lisp family languages such as Scheme.

VLS is an Open Source product, with complete source code and documentation being available at the Interhack Research web site. The project Web site and distribution point is online at
