It seemed with the rapid approach of the 1% mark in cracking DES,
another Press Release was in order.

This release is intended to have a tone that any daily newspaper or
local TV station could pick up.

Since the 1% mark will occur about 24 hours from now, the release
is very timely, and should be disseminated as widely as possible, and
as quickly as possible.
