This suggestion could be implemented by using normal Automatic Dial-Up.
Som Dial-on-Demaind clients will Dial in as soon as the CLient tries to
talk to the server and disconnect if there is no activity on the line
for a few minutes.
Generally I don't like Dial on demand, but it might be a solution.
WinGate also supports Dial-on-demand for any of the stations connected
on teh network. I don't know any of the other Routing/proxy server
packages so maybe there are other solutions.
