FW: keyserver back up

Brings up a question ... everytime my provider boots me for insufficient
activity, I *have been* restarting the program. Of course, this costs me
the
2^29 pairs of keys checked :-(

Once a block of keys is checked, if the program cannot communicate
when it tries to, how long does it wait to try again, and how many
times will it try?
