NT Gateway Finished

I would like to get it running so that Myself and others stuck
in NT+FireWall Land can start helping out.

There are three things I need:

1. Blessing by Justin/Matt/Rocke.

2. A NT Server Not behind a FireWall I can
install a CGI APP on. (the other end of
the gateway pair)

3. A Safe test enviroment, to try it out over
the weekend.
