Well, we can't control anything you do. So you can certainly link
back to the effort's home page, or anywhere else you want.

I am not encouraging anyone to break the law, of course. But once the
code is outside of the US and Canada -- despite our best efforts to
keep it inside -- there's nothing we can do to stop its spread.
Linking to it from any officialish pages could present legal problems
for us, so I seriously doubt that will happen. It'll be up to you to
make your archive known if you're willing to distribute it to the rest
of the world.
