Thanks for all the timely replies. I got WinProxy up first, and it is =
working great for web access. I don't know anything about UDP mapping =
proxies, however. I will gladly switch to WinGate if it is easier, but =
any help would be appreciated.

If you need any help setting up WinGate with a DESChall proxy (you
have to add a UDP mapping proxy on 8669), drop me a line. I've
set it up on both 1.3.17 and 2.0 and it's a snap (once you learn
your way around WinGate).
