Stop worrying about the server.

Let me reiterate what has been said in the past. The current server has
not been experiencing extreme load. Although it's not a super-fancy high
end system, it has been, and continues to be, adequate for our uses. I
credit this to Rocke's efficient design and implementation of the
protocol.

Plans are in place to aleviate load when it becomes a problem, but I
wouldn't worry about it right now. In a discussion earlier today, Rocke
mentioned that there appeared to some network problems somewhere on the
Internet that were causing problems for some people. He did *not* say that
we had quadrupled the number of people participating in DESCHALL, causing
the server to overload.

Today's Internet sometimes has burps, and that's almost certainly what
people are seeing. I know it's a trying experience. :-)
