Not at the moment, although this will likely be part of the next release
of the client...

The DESCHALL protocol is connectionless, so this isn't a problem. Between
the time it gets a block to work on, and the time it's done, there is no
need for the system to be networked. Once done, it will keep retrying
until it can contact the server.
