I have it working fine on a 95 machine going through a proxy, but on an NT
machine, desgui won't launch because it is looking for the ras-related
dll's. Is there any way to not require them? I copied each one it
complained about missing to my deschall directory, and then was told that
initialization failed. This machine has no use for the dial-in stuff, for
the system or desgui.
