Gateways on port 8080 available

For everyone unable to connect to our current tcp-to-udp gateways,
we've added another set on port 8080. Just use the current udp-to-tcp
gateways, and change the port number on line 76 of the most recent

If you don't have the most recent version, please upgrade what you've
got to this. In addition to some functionality fixes, it's got some
cool new features, including the code to allow you to have your stats
reported on the main stats page, rather than as a part of a gateway,
with lots of other folks. (Default behavior is still to help
anonymously, where your stats are simply contributing toward the
gateway's numbers.)

There has been some noise about other gateways. I've been buried in
work stuff and progress has been slow on making the Java gateway that
Aaron Williams wrote work with our tcp-to-udp gateway. Sorry. I'll
see if I can get it out today, or at least sometime this weekend.

It might also be of interest that another gateway has been brought
online. So we can take lots more users (hint, hint). Remember, in
order to get this done quickly, we need to KEEP recruiting. I've been
dinking around with some possible designs for a small ad/notice to be
printed on standard US-letter paper, that might be suitable for
parking in libraries, labs, etc. If anyone is inclined, feel free to
do this, and let me see a copy before it goes out. (I'd like to
look it over, and put PostScript and PDF versions up on my site so
people can easily get 'em from the web.)
