sorry, didnt get yer angle.

Let's do a cash flow analysis (I was thinking of coding this into
my u2t proxy log processor, for fun...)

If the thing is 10% done, and we're gonna talk about getting to 50% here
(to measure real probability), and say the fast sparc is doing 600kk/s
cuz thats what a fast sparc does ;),

Let use 14 weeks (current estimate without new players in stats) as
the time it would take to find 50%.

keys left to find = 2^55*.9 = 32425917317067571
600kk/s in keys/day for 14 weeks= 600000*86400*14*7 = 5080320000000

and that represents 32425917317067571 / 5080320000000 = 1 in 6382 of
the remainder of the first 50%.

And, tell me if Im right, you have a 1 in 6382*2 chance of winning.

The average return on this effort is

$4000 / (6382*2) = 31 cents over 14 weeks, which is .31 cents a day.
