Dont use a web server as a gateway. Run u2t right on the proxy and
let it connect to the gateway directly. There is some problem
with the HTTP protocol tags leaking into the data returned to the
clients. This will CRASH clients. This is really bad. The gateway
crashing is not so bad, a crontab can restart it every 10 min (which
will exit gracefully if its already running).

So run it on the proxy/bastion/firewall.

Or if you cant, use the new port 8080 gateway as your u2t's target,
and hopefully your network admins have left 8080 open on the firewall.
