This is a TCP/IP DLL, SO32DLL.DLL (there's also a .LIB file), it should
be in x:\MPTN\DLL. What version of OS/2 are you using? If v3.0, it
probably should be located in x:\TCPIP\DLL, not MPTN. Do you have the
IAK installed and operational?

The volume label in drive C is OS2 4.
The Volume Serial Number is E6DB:CC14.
