For the record, this has been my experience (all these scores indicate
maximum sustained performance):

powermac 6100/60 (601) ~180 kkeys/sec
powercenter 150 (604) ~822 kkeys/sec
powermac 8500/180 (604e) ~1022 kkeys/sec

and, of course, I have my trusty ol' Mac IIsi (68030) clocking in at a
chipper 4 kkeys/sec. :)
